I was in need of an appointment for some new glasses as I had an old prescription. I was so desperate to find a quick appointment as many of the optometrist in my area were saying if I’m a new patient I needed to wait at least a minimum of a week or two I came to this location in hopes that I will be seen same day. The ladies at the front desk were incredibly friendly and professional. They were looking to give me appointment the following day, which was excellent, but I was hoping to get squeezed in so that we didn’t have to miss a day of work for the appointment. I asked kindly if they would possibly be able to fit me in same day somebody at the front desk was able to contact the manager to get me the same same-day appointment approval, which I very much appreciated. Staff at this location were incredibly friendly and accommodating. I would recommend this place to anyone in the area looking for new glasses!

I sat on my glasses at the gym. I thought that I ruined them. I went to Lakeside Vision to see if they would pop the lenses into new frames. Instead they fixed them and made them good as new. When I asked how much do I owe, they said there was no charge. I couldn’t believe it. I totally plan on returning when I need new glasses. I highly suggest Lakeside Vision. Thank you for the exceptional service and kindness.

Love this place. The staff and Dr Amy are very kind, understanding and ans all you questions in terms and words you can understand. They make you feel like your special and not just a number. I would recommend them to everyone . Besides their billboards with the animals are so cute and fun. Thank you Dr Amy and staff for making me feel I am not just a number.

I'm a new patient due for new glasses and contacts, my expectations were the usual eye exam #1 better/worse etc. Boy was i wrong, never had such a complete and through exam with so many different tests.i was very impressed with the high tech machines they use. My results revealed a potential eye problem. Dr. Amy explained everything in detail,discussed things I can do to help prevent this from getting worse. I ordered new glasses, contacts even new sunglasses. The staff were extremely helpful, pleasant, very knowledgeable. I left there so relieved and happy I chose Lakeside Vision. I'm sending my husband there. Thank you.

While the staff and doctor is very nice I don’t like the wait time. Got to the office on time just to wait 20 minutes and then after doing the screening process waited another 20 minutes just to see the doctor. Either call to let us know your running late or make sure our visit with the doctor isn’t 40 minutes later
