I found everyone here to be knowledgeable, friendly and encouraging. They answered every question I had and every concern. the doctor was so nice. You feel like your friends with everyone there what a wonderful and professional place to have your eye care done.
One star is too much. Awful awful place. When confirming my appt I had just put my dog down 20 minutes before their call. I told the receptionist this & I said kindly, "yes I'll be there". She still kept me on the phone asking about a call back #. I said 3 times I'll be there I really cannot speak right now. She was so rude & just kept on....... They hold your prescription from you too. They DO NOT give you trials after your exam. Make you wait a month & try milking you for every penny you have. Disgusting place. DO NOT RECOMMEND" ZERO COMPASSION FOR PATIENTS. JUST ANOTHER MONEY MAKING PLACE AT THE EXPENSE OF GOOD PEOPLE.
Dr. Jordan and staff are very professional and thorough. Dr. Jordan replaced my cataracts and performed bilateral cornea transplants. Both procedures were done perfectly. I now have 20/20 vision, which I have never had. I recommend this practice to anyone and everyone who is looking for opthalmologist.
Love this place. Dr jones is a pleasure to deal with. I got LASIK at the Scranton location several years ago and happy to say, things have been wonderful with my eyes, years later. I advise anyone looking to get surgery to remember you're dealing with your eyeballs. Don't cheap out on your vision. Northeastern eye has been top on my list of recommendations for years now. And for good reason. Staff is friendly and understanding of circumstances. I go back for my yearly visits because I appreciate the good service. It's a far drive for me, but I don't mind because the experience is superior to other in counters I've had. Highly recommend
My husband had an emergency and needed to be seen, but I was told in a very rude manner on the phone that they only accept current patients (for emergencies ?). Fortunately I found another eye doctor elsewhere who will now be handling all of my household eye care needs. Thanks for helping me find that other eye doctor.
