I would strongly caution women, especially those seeking prenatal care, before choosing this practice. I was a patient here during my second pregnancy, which unfortunately ended in loss. The way the situation was handled by this office was one of the most traumatic and unprofessional medical experiences I’ve ever had, particularly my experience with Amy Borove. I was brought into a room with my toddler and left waiting for over 40 minutes “for the doctor.” During that time, the front desk called me accusing me of leaving the office and telling me I needed to come back, despite the fact that I had never left the room. When Amy finally came in to discuss my pregnancy loss, she showed absolutely no empathy, offered little explanation, and repeatedly stated she “hadn’t read my chart,” leaving many of my questions unanswered during one of the worst moments of my life. Things only became worse afterward. Following the medication course prescribed to me, I ended up in critical condition and required emergency surgery. Despite this, I never once received a follow up call from the office to check on me, discuss what happened, or offer continued care or support. The only communication I’ve received from this office since my last appointment has been billing related. I ultimately switched practices because I never wanted to experience care like this again. No patient, especially someone experiencing pregnancy loss, should be treated with this level of disregard and lack of compassion.

Zero Stars should be an option. Office staff and receptionists are terrible and rude. No respect for patients and their needs. They make you feel like it is a privilege to be seen. Their care they offer is substantially worse than anywhere else. 100% do not recommend for any form of care. Oh, the place is disgusting too. No heat in the winter, they use portable space heaters to keep it barely warm. Summer time is like a swamp, poor AC. Rooms are not kept clean and you can see signs that someone runs a mop on the floors and leaves all the corners packed with dirt. Make my house look clean with 3 kids, 3 dogs, and 4 cats... not very hard to beat me. Very little parking. They tell you to use the hospital lot and then cross the busy street with no cross walk nearby.
I know this place doesn’t have the best reputation, which I understand from past experience; however I just want to say that Steph the ultrasound tech was so sweet and compassionate and consoled me during an ultrasound that delivered bad news. There was a Dr. Hockman who was very unpleasant and told me over the phone when I had concerns that “you are probably having a miscarriage, there’s nothing you can do but wait and see”. Condescending and unsympathetic, sounded like she couldn’t be bothered with me. Steph saw me at the 2 subsequent ultrasounds and was comforting and kind, honest when I asked about potential outcomes, however never said the word miscarriage and held out hope for me and hugged me and nearly cried with me when it was confirmed. She deserves a raise and nothing but great things. Thankyou, Steph ❤️
Staff is rude. I called into the service with bad cramping and the Pa blew me off and wouldn’t bring me in early for an ultrasound and said I had to keep my scheduled one. I went in two weeks later for my appointment and what do you know I had a missed miscarriage and the baby stopped growing two weeks earlier. After the loss they didn’t even order any kind of tests. I switched to Dr. Rabin and couldn’t be happier. Don’t go!!!
I have been coming here for Years. First time seeing Jazz and Maggie. They are absolute perfection. I have never had someone understand and care about PCOS like Maggie has. I am so thankful for Jazz and Maggie.
