Excellent experience from beginning to end. The doctor and the entire staff were very professional, attentive, and friendly throughout the visit. They performed several very thorough exams using different equipment and technology, and they took the time to explain everything clearly and patiently. I also truly appreciate the honesty, the excellent customer service, and all the help provided during the process of choosing my glasses. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for professional and high-quality eye care.

All of the staff was friendly and kind. I was seen promptly, and both the technician and doctor were thorough in explaining how the exam equipment worked and what my results looked like. The doctor patiently answered all of my follow-up questions and showed me my scans for clarity. Very pleasant experience overall. Would highly recommend, especially compared to the experience I have had at larger chain locations.

I had never been here before, but my daughter was having some issues that I wanted to address ASAP and they got us in the next day for an ‘emergency’ visit. Everyone was so kind. Dr. Martella-Whorton was so patient and friendly with my 5 year old, and all of the women there were great with her, as well. I felt the exam was very thorough, and I left with much more peace of mind. Highly recommend if you are in need of an eye doctor!
