Family Vision Center Optometry

I had my first experience at Family Vision today, and it was excellent! From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming and helpful. At first, I wasn’t interested in adding the retinal health scan to my eye exam, but the receptionist encouraged me to get it. I’m so glad I did because the scan detected a hole in my retina that I had no idea was there. Without her recommendation, it may have gone unnoticed, and who knows what could have happened if it wasn’t caught early. Dr. Tran was very informative, took the time to explain everything, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. I’m incredibly grateful to both Dr. Tran and the kind receptionist for their professionalism and for genuinely looking out for my eye health. I highly recommend Family Vision to anyone looking for thorough, caring, and knowledgeable eye care. Thank you again to the entire team!

I had my second appointment with Dr. Tran today, and once again I had a great experience. He is patient, thorough, and takes the time to listen to concerns without making you feel rushed. I was dealing with an urgent eye issue, and he was kind enough to squeeze me into his schedule on short notice. This practice is awesome! Dr. Tran is knowledgeable and really spends time answering your questions. I have a complicated eye disease that worried me and he explained the diagnosis and treatment much better than my specialist. In addition he has a great staff that also spends time with you recommending different eyeglasses and making sure you are getting the best coverage from your insurance. I also love that they send yearly reminders for check ups and never make you wait for an appointment. Thank you Family Vision!
