Truly some of the nicest people I’ve met. Very professional and at the same time able to have fun interactions with all. Dr Hurst has assembled a great team and I would highly recommend them to anyone needing help with their eyes!
I recently visited Family Vision for an eye exam and had a wonderful experience. The doctor was great, and the staff was just as impressive. Angel, who helped me choose my glasses, was absolutely amazing. She was thorough, walked me through what worked best for me, and explained the cost breakdown in detail. She was easygoing, friendly, and made the process enjoyable. I’ve been coming to Family Vision for about 5–6 years. Even when I was out of network for a few years, I always remembered how great they were — and I’m so glad to be back. The staff is welcoming, the selection of glasses is fantastic, and they have options for every age and style. Highly recommend!
I’ve gone to this clinic a few times but just had a bad experience now. I booked an appointment via their online scheduling system and after booking, their receptionist booked someone else in the same time slot after the fact. Instead of calling the patient that booked after me, they forced me t change and unfortunately none of the other times work due to coming from over an hour away to this location. When I asked if they could call the other patient that was booked after me to see if they could switch they said no. To which I said I would need to go somewhere else since late availability is limited and they didn’t even show any remorse.
Dr. Hurst and her team take the time & care to understand and improve my vision. I now even have relief from chronic dry eye. What a difference :)
My whole family has been coming here for years and have always had an amazing experience. Everyone is so kind and helpful, definitely recommend coming here. They're fantastic with children too!
