I have been a customer of Fashion Optical for years. They have the most divergent frames, and the manager (Ernest) is a miracle worker in the lab! He’s so caring and professional. I drive down from Denton, and HE is the main reason I keep coming back! He ~ 100% ~ puts the customer first.
I’d like to say I’ve had the best experience with Ernest he was so helpful and made sure to accommodate me in every way with my process of getting my frames filled because of him I went back to do more business with fashion optical Christian also helped and made sure i had another great experience, there’s a reason why they are the #1 optical/frames store in Dallas they treat every customer with the highest respect and make sure to meet all of our needs highly recommend!!! 5 stars

One of the best designer opticals in Dallas, the service was super specialized. There was great attention to detail on my gorgeous Dior glasses. This is one of the very few opticals where you may find extra transition lenses, it basically serves you well under the sun, inside the car, and indoors. Without having to buy sunglasses and eyeglasses separately. Thank you again guys!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Stopped by to get my Cartier frames tightened. Gabriel took care of my frames for me and quickly got me on my way. Great service and a great selection of frames! I’ll definitely come by to take a look for my next pair. I’d highly recommend stopping by to take a look at their inventory!
