Dr. Xu is very efficient, knowledgeable, and nice. Her staff are professional and organized. Eye exams are thorough while not taking over an hour because they have their processes nailed down, but no one rushes or makes you feel churned through like other medical offices. It's a good place to go!
Easy appointment set up, they gave me complimentary contacts to get me through the week leading up to my appointment and the week following until my new ones arrived. Made using my insurance a breeze, prompt friendly service. Dr. Jingping Xu and everyone there is great. Great experience every time.
I got lucky when I moved close to this place. A month or so after my routine annual exam, I needed help for an injury to my eye. They helped me right away by phone and got me an exam within hours. I'm SO grateful to have had the help I needed to restore vision and comfort.
