Optometrist Inside Target Optical

I appreciate the patience and explanation I received from the staff and doctor. I was walked through the process of the eye exam And given good explanations of how to use contact lenses and even given a trial to test out the fit for a week. Excited to use contact lenses again. I had one eye the kept getting irritated the last time I tried them.

I had a great experience with the staff at Target Optical. They were all very professional and knowledgeable. They took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly and gave me advice on how to select frames that fit my face properly. They made sure I was comfortable with the contact lenses I was going home with today. They gave me a set of monthly lenses and five days of daily lenses to try out and see which ones I preferred. They told me to let them know which ones I chose or, if I don’t like either, to let them know so they can help me find the brand and type that works best for me. I would definitely recommend them to my friends and family or anyone else who is looking to get an eye exam and purchase glasses or contacts. They have a wide variety of brand name frames and contact lenses at all price points.

went here to get my Pupilary Distance measured, as well as checking my new glasses actual optical prescription (since it was kinda blurry). I didnt even get the glasses from Target Optical, but they did both for free! Shoutout to Jackie as well who was super helpful and her great service!

Jackie in the optical center at Target Fitchburg is beyond patient and kind. She thoroughly helped me even while there were multiple customers in the store, never rushing and making my day with excellent customer service. Thank you Jackie and Target!

The optical shop was extremely helpful. The manager helped me try on a bunch of different styles, had me try on pairs she thought I might like, and her advice was much needed. She also helped me adjust my current glasses from the VA, and went through every detail knowledgeably and professionally when it came to getting an upgrade. I ended up going with a pair of Oakleys and could not be happier! The employees were very friendly and professional. The lady at the desk got every detail down that I asked, and quickly got me 3 quotes. Very happy with her help. She also helped me get a veteran discount! Very very cool. My glasses from the VA don’t compare to what I ordered and I once again could not be happier with the help I got today. Knowledgeqble, down to earth and friendly. And the adjustment helped my head not to hurt at the end of the day! Thank you guys!!!
