I had a great experience at Lens Crafters West. I found the employees went out of their way to get you the best pricing. Particularly, Beth and Sophie were fantastic! I worked with Beth and she had the best personality. She was so positive and knowledgeable. So patient with my indecision. She found a great price for what I needed, I couldn’t say no. She was just so helpful! Beth was very personable. Sophie helped my husband. She was so sweet. She also did everything she could to get my husband a good price for his glasses. It was a very positive experience for both of us.

They stand by their 30 day happiness guarantee. The manager and assistant manager do whatever they can to help be sure you are happy with your glasses. The pair I ordered hurt my head and they couldn't be adjusted due to whatever they were made of. I was able to return them and get a different pair that fit great! I went in a few weeks later to order a "fun" pair to wear also. The associate took his time with me and let me swap the lenses in the second pair to the store demo pair which I liked better than the ones they sent. I love them! This was a wonderful experience!! I have been a customer for several years. I tried going somewhere else and oh my it was horrible. I literally couldn't see out of the lenses clearly. I popped over to LensCrafters and the got it right the first time! I have remained a faithful customer since. Thank you for a great experience!!

Super helpful! One of my lenses popped out from a missing screw and they were able to fix it in minutes. I now know where ill be getting my next set of glasses!

I recently called and made an appointment with lenscrafters, but when I arrived they had no record of me having an appointment. I was made to feel like I was mistaken and I was asked to check the number where I made the appointment, which was confirmed their number and their location. No recourse proposed, no sorry we messed up, I just left. I was planning on a complete visit totalling several hundred dollars worth of business, but I will never visit a Lens Crafters again.
