Absolutely the worst! I made an appointment for my mother who is confined to a wheelchair. Although, I felt that in 2026, an establishment that provides eye exams should certainly be able to accommodate her, I called a week before and made an inquiry. They assured me that she could be accommodated and I made an appointment and made arrangements for my mother to get there. Less than two hrs prior to the appointment, I received a call stating she could NOT be accommodate led and then LIED stating that they had tried to contact me previously. I am BEYOND outraged.First of all, shouldn’t people in wheelchairs be accommodated per ADA regulations? Also, how awful of them not to let me know this ahead of time. I have to pay for a disability van which is $200 per trip and requires a 24 hr notice for cancellation. This whole experience is UNACCEPTABLE!! It is 2026… DO BETTER FOR THE ELDERLY AND DISABLED COMMUNITY! YOOU SHOUKD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELF

First time visiting this place for an eye exam. It was a very nice clean and facility with friendly staff. We had an appointment and they were on schedule. I did fill out the paperwork prior to arrival. They had a new doctor there - Dr. Patel. She was professional and able answer questions regarding the proper care for my diabetic medical condition. I didn’t buy any glasses since my prescription didn’t change but they had a great selection to choose from. Stop by for a pleasant experience.
This experience was not stressing at all. My eyes were measured, frames picked out and I was done. Faith was awesome. She hooked up with the Customer service. Time well spent. 💜
This was my first time at this establishment and they were very nice. Ramie was great and patient. The exam was very thorough, as well as Dr. Patel. This will be my new eyewear store.
Four Eyes was a very frustrating experience for me. I schedule an appointment this past Tuesday for today. I told the scheduler the insurance I currently have, and the one I would be switching to in the new year. I called yesterday to confirm the location of my appointment, since I attempted to book at Duluth but my text reminder said Snellville. I was told that the Duluth location closed, and I said I may call back to reschedule the appointment if I didn’t think I could make it with my work schedule. I shifted my hours to be able to get to the appointment on time, only to arrive and be told the doctor I was scheduled to see did not take my current insurance. My only option was to pay out of pocket. No, thank you.
