Always happy with the King of Prussia For Eyes location. Kind and professional associates, always ready to help. They worked with my insurance, have same day eye exams, do not keep me waiting and are always friendly. Joe, Jennifer and staff go above and beyond to make customers happy. And a great selection of up-to-date frames. Love my new glasses!
I had a great experience at For Eyes with Jennifer and Ty! They were both super nice, helpful, and professional. They took the time to clean my Ray-Ban glasses and worked on the metal parts that had some erosion. I really appreciated their care, patience, and attention to detail. They made sure my glasses were looking and feeling much better. Thank you, Jennifer and Ty, for your excellent customer service!

The mall has several eyeglass stores, but after this experience, there's really only one choice...For Eyes (lower level a little past the food court) and Joe is the reason. He stayed long after he needed to (not minutes...hours longer), patiently combed through our insurance to make sure we got the absolute best value, and then, with the patience of a saint, calmly took on what had to be one of the toughest contact lens fittings in history (my hangry 12-year-old son). There should've been dramatic music playing. Instead, there was just Joe being endlessly patient, funny, kind, and incredibly good at his job. Best eyeglass store experience we've ever had. Give this man a medal. The exam and the Dr. (Mary Nguyen OD) were awesome! Really thorough and she was super patient with our endless questions.

I really appreciated how easy it was to get an appointment on short notice. Everyone I interacted with was kind, welcoming, and professional. Amy was especially attentive and took the time to clearly explain each step of the assessments, which made the process feel smooth and stress-free. Dr. Nguyen was patient while working through my prescription and showed genuine care in making sure everything was just right. Jennifer S. helped me during checkout and made sure I understood billing between my insurance and what I owed in store. Overall, the entire visit felt thorough, and thoughtfully handled. I would recommend this location!
