I came in for an eye exam today, everyone was very friendly and professional. I must say, the one person that stands out is Sheila. She provided great customer service and attentive to my insurance policy. Very knowledgeable at what she do. Which in turn, I was able to purchase a new pair of glasses. Big thanks to Sheila and Foreyes - Arlington Heights.

In a textbook lesson on how to build customer loyalty, Filippa(Phil) happily, and without question, immediately replaced a pair of nose pads on a pair of reading glasses that I bought years ago. She then refused any payment. BTW, they have a fantastic selection of men's frames. Loyalty pays as I will return. Thanks Phil.

I was driving to work the other day and went to clean my glasses at a stoplight. Unfortunately, when I did this, the left arm of my glasses broke. I am blind as a bat and I was on my way to work so I had to get my glasses fixed. I pulled into one glasses place and they said they were sorry they couldn’t help me. I Got back in my car and figured I’d try to just tape them or something when I got to work but out of the right corner of my eye, I saw a sign that said FOR EYES!!! I Walked in and was greeted with several smiling faces and everyone said hello. Very friendly. I explained to them what it happened in the Manager told me that she could help me. She took my glasses in the back of a 15 minutes, I was on my way to work. She did not charge me anything to fix them which in this day and age is amazing. I then went back two days later to have them put my old lenses in a New frame that I didn’t even get from them and again there was no charge. This was some of the best hospitality I’ve received in a long time.!!! Everyone was so friendly and pleasant. Thank you again so much!!!!

Dr. Li-Chiung Kao is a wonderful optometrist who truly cares for patients and their eye health. She gives advice and explains the reasons for why their numbers are a certain way as to prevent and not only prescribe numbers. Maryam was very helpful and patient with our needs as well. Giving advice on what we came in for and led us to something we were happy with walking out. Excellent Service.

I really like the frames I purchased at For Eyes several years ago and today I was able to add a second pair very much like the first ones that I like so much. I appreciate the special discount on lenses that was being offered at this time. It made what I think is good price even better.
