Stopped in on my lunch break, and Juan fixed two pairs of sunglasses that were each missing a nose piece. He had them repaired in no time, and he didn't even charge me. Fast, friendly, and exceptional customer service. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience with Adolph and Ligia. They did a quick emergency repair on my frames - damaged in a fall - and left them better than before. The charge for all this? Zero! Wonderful service. I’ll be back when I need new glasses. Highly recommended !

I’m bummed because I spent over $400 out-of-pocket on progressive lenses and a frame after a 40% sale and The progressive lenses weren’t done correctly. I can’t read in focus or see in focus just beyond my arm. Even distant Street signs are slightly out of focus too. What annoyed me was that the technician offered to adjust the way the frame sits on my face, even though the problem was that the lenses weren’t done correctly. Eventually the store manager came to remeasure the frames on my face and agreed the progressives were off by a centimeter. I’m happy to increase my review here when the new pairs are done correctly. The Optometrist here is excellent, lovely person, Dr learner. I’m just bummed about the execution of the actual lenses… …

The doctor was super thorough. Appreciate the the kindness and thoughtfulness. Seems informed on keratoconus if anyone wants to see an optometrist who understands. Also my sunglasses were jacked up (lens popped out and missing a screw) and they fixed them quickly for free. Front desk staff were nice too : )

I cannot say enough great things about Dr. Tommie Lee and his staff at this location. He helped me with my “40 something” eyes, all of a sudden having issues with reading my texts and then seeing far away. Last year it took several tries for another doctor who couldn’t figure it out so I wore pricier toric lenses that didn’t really fix the problem…I gave up and just used my glasses which I’d constantly have to pull down and gave up the possibility of wearing contacts for awhile… well within about half an hour Dr. Lee identified what I needed (not toric), very clearly explained his method, and wrote a contact lense prescription that I can use to read my texts on my phone close up and also see far when I’m driving. I also got the lenses in time for the DC summer and I’m thrilled to not to have to wear glasses! Dr. Lee is an optical genius and also has great positive vibes to boot! I joked to him that I wished he was my doctor for everything lol. I saw him again to get daily contacts because of my allergies and both times, my appointments were punctual. I’m so happy I found this office and now have a place to go yearly to keep up with my eye health. Tysm!
