Justin the manager was great to work with through the whole process, the tests, the information about my insurance coverage and the final sale. Latron was also very helpful and patient with the frame selection process. The eye Dr was very kind and patient and listened to our concerns and made us feel very comfortable. I’m excited to return in a week to pick up my new glasses and get to see the team again. Thank you to everyone at this location for a great experience!

Dropped in with the family and the team was incredibly enthusiastic for a rainy day! We had a wonderful experience with the doctor and the floor staff. We could really tell that the team gets along great, which made the atmosphere very friendly and welcoming. The salesperson (Frances) who helped me was incredibly sweet, and provided fantastic support when it came to planning out benefits and finding the best financial options. Nonetheless, there were plenty of team members available who were all more than happy to lend a hand and help out. I am so happy we visited this location. I would definitely recommend them, not just for the great variety of frame options, but for the sweet team working here too! ☺️

I wasn’t able to go to the appointment myself, but my husband took our 5 year old daughter and WOW, this was honestly the best experience. We had a really bad experience at a different eye doctor before, so I didn’t expect much going in. But Sarah was AMAZING. She was so patient, kind, and helpful with my daughter, which made such a difference. I’m so happy we found this place. I’ll definitely be bringing my other kids here and will probably start coming myself too. Highly recommend!
