Great customer service!!! The employees are very kind and super helpful. Anything you need they got you. Thomas was especially great No optometrist on site but they can send you to someone and get your prescription the same day or use a digital test on site and you can get the prescription that way
These guys are awesome. Some of the other reviews have referenced a lady working here, but there are currently only two gentlemen that work at this location and it's a brand new store, so I think those reviews must be for the old Springfield location. These guys spent a ton of time helping me pick out glasses which I really appreciate. I would definitely come here again. The only thing this store needs is an eye doctor in-house, but I think they are working on getting one soon.
Awful experience. I had to show the lady how to use her computer, she got into an argument with another customer while helping me and tried to drag me into to back her up! When I picked up my glasses, they had ordered the wrong frames. The manager had a nasty attitude and said they didnt make those frames anymore (then why sell them to me?) So she took the sample pair off the floor, popped my lenses in and handed them over. Yuck! I was so mad, I just left. Yes, I paid for them. No, I've never worn them. And yes, I know I should've complained to corporate and gotten my money back.
Great custumer service and I would defiantly recommend this location! The customer services and professionalism exhibited by Shirah and Cassandra was impeccable. They were extremely competent, helpful, and friendly. Most of all they were very patient. I must say, I’m very impressed.
The experience was well. No problems and have shop at this location for years. I would refer this site.
