Ok, long review. I came in January to get my eyes checked. I specifically made to get my eyes dilated because I wanted an accurate prescription and I just had a baby , my last Eye Doctor Who I was with for years, told me whenever I move and I get new glasses after having my child that I need to get my eyes Dilated. I specifically made an appointment for that, but was refused dilation when I came. Fast forward I recently got two pairs of glasses now in May. Yes, I know it’s been a long time, but life was busy and I was just never at home. The glasses work for me up close but do not work for me far away, which is the whole reason why I wanted to be Dilated and I told the doctor that multiple times in my appointment. When I called for a retest, their appointment isn’t until June 12 which sucks but was also told that the hundreds of dollars I spent on my lenses would not be compensated for their wrong prescription, I was also told that my eyes could’ve changed in the past 5 months. I’ve worked at an ophthalmologist office since I was 17, i am now 32. I can tell you that most people’s eyes do not change that drastically in five months. Either way, you can’t expect someone to get a prescription, get glasses and try them all within 60 days and if they do not work call back to make an appointment. Anytime a prescription has EVER been wrong at the offices I have worked they have helped with half of the lens coverage or completely covered it. To be honest, I knew the moment he refused my dilation multiple times that I should have just got up and left and went somewhere else.

This clinic needs a 66 day wait for a basic vision exam, but most places in town take walk-ins. A basic vision screen is easily performed with simple equipment by many companies, schools and even the DMV by anyone with some basic training. Staff seemed too eager to push back care. I hope the next group Costco gets in there accepts walk-ins for basic eye exams.

Absolutely loved this place, Dr. Jarren Ray and MJ were amazing. Friendly and efficient they got us in and out quickly, without making us feel rushed. So nice to actually get to see a Dr. in person. After a horrible experience at America's Best, I'm so happy we found Foresight Eye Care.

Dr. Ray is very kind, informative, and patient. He made my parents feel comfortable during their eye exam. I would highly recommend this place. Thank you!
