I had been seeing Dr Swartz for many years and he is an excellent Dr. When he changed offices the front desk is impossible. I had been trying to call for 3 weeks. Kept on being put on hold for 7-15min at a time then hung up on. I tried reaching to eye glass dept and was hung up from the front desk. They need to learn how to answer phones and customer service. Myself and my family went there now we are all changing.

First timer here and was very satisfied with the care I received. Took a bit longer than estimated to get my glasses, but worth the extra few days of wait time. I can see again!!!
