We were impressed with the entire experience- from the front desk throughout the entire office everyone is welcoming. Dr. Deisy Bautista has the most wonderful communications style with her patients during the exam and she is excellent in explaining your options (I am a 25+ year medical sales person and have seen the Good, The Bad and The Ugly and Dr. Baytista is FANTASTIC!). Highly recommend her and her staff for your entire family.

Friendly Eye Care has been at this location for a few years now and I never knew it. I would recommend people give this location a try for their eye care needs. The doctor was very thorough in my examination so as to get my prescription correct and explained to me thoroughly eye care I will need in the future. When my glasses came in the staff made sure my glasses were a good fit.

I went in for an annual exam and they did an excellent job with improving my contact lens prescription. My eyeglass prescription was off when I received it. I went back and they were so reassuring and redid my eye exam and sent my glasses out again. I'm aware that the lenses are expensive and my prescription is tricky, there was never a question of whether or not they were gonna help me get it right. Office staff is wonderful and the doctor is very good at communication

Awesome practice from scheduling to insurance verification, staff and doctor! I am totally in love with this office! My doctor took time and effort to ensure my prescription and very thorough! Never going anywhere else!

At Friendly Eye Care, the tech (Morales) broke my glasses while attempting to adjust the frames and did not reimburse me for the damage. I gave them an opportunity to resolve the issue, but they only ended up wasting more of my time( 14 days)and even canceled the insurance claim for the new pair I ordered. I never received the replacement glasses—only a refund for my purchase. I couldn’t imagine a worse experience. I will be pursuing legal remedies for the loss of my original frames, but I wanted to share this for anyone considering this provider. Edit: add this to the number of lies I’ve been given by your office. I can’t cancel nor did I request cancellation of the claim. I ordered the glasses, paid the balance in full and was informed they would be expedited. You told me the glasses were ready but when I arrived I was informed they were not ready. Robert told me they would be ready first thing in the morning and then proceeded to cancel the claim immediately after I left the office. You should be ashamed at how you treated me .
