I had a wonderful first experience at this location. Nayeli was very friendly and helpful throughout the eye exam, and David was very helpful and comprehensive when going over the lenses and associated costs. I would definitely go to this location again in the future
David is an absolute legend in this location. His expertise and service was above and beyond. Thank you for your assistance with my current lenses and adjustments needed. Also for your help with my new Oakley titanium glasses. Can’t wait to get them. Your knowledge is appreciated greatly and should not be overlooked. Thank you David! Stop in a SEE the difference this location provides for your vision needs.
I have visited LensCrafters in Casselberry Commons on 2 occasions. I had the pleasure of working with Amy on both occasions. I ordered replacement non prescription lenses for my sunglasses which were custom made and custom tinted from measurements taken by Amy. Upon picking up the completed sunglasses, I was blown away at how perfect they came out. Equally impressive, my communication to Amy was not lost in transit to the technician that performed the work concerning the gradient tinting. I am overjoyed with the outcome, time expectation, price, and top notch quality of the work. Amy is a true blessing and a joy to work with. Her expertise, professionalism, communication, and people skills make her a true asset to LensCrafters. Thank you very much for such a wonderful experience!
Found great deals on my children's frames and for myself! Have sale high end glasses like Ray Bans, Coach, etc. Staff was so friendly and quick to assist me. Not pushy or anything. Took time to measure each of my 3 kids and myself and didn’t make me feel rushed or like I was taking a lot of time. Every step of the way they’ve kept me updated with any questions I had and really cared about my vision goals.
The team at this location is phenomenal. My wife and I recently had eye exams and purchased glasses at this LensCrafters in Casselberry. The staff assisted us with kindness and professionalism. When encountering some troubles relating to a difference in lens material from my old glasses to my new ones, the manager patiently took the time to understand all of the aspects that could be affecting what I was seeing. We rechecked my exam and verified that my prescription adjustment was correct and have put in an order for the corrected lens material. If you’re looking for a group that cares most about your end results and your corrected vision, this Lens Crafters and their in house optometrist ‘Friendly Eyes Optometry’ is a wonderful place for new glasses.
