I brought my 9 yrs old for her first eye check up here, we were so impressed with their service. The staffs are very friendly and welcoming. We had Dr P, who is very patient and knowledgeable with young child, we were there for almost 2 hrs, Dr P took her time and did thorough examinations for my daughter, as well as addressing all the concerns I had. I can't say enough good things about this practice, highly recommend for family with kids and individuals!

The office staff are always friendly and welcoming, and I really like Dr. Ball. I’ve been coming to her for nine years. The only complaint I have is the wait . It’s usually 30 minutes or more before I see the doctor, even though I am taken back to a room in a timely manner.

Excellent site, clean office, professional representatives, attentive and kind people in office. Dr. Margaret Ball is an excellent doctor in my opinion. She explained all the medical issues that affect my eyes and she took time to guide me to better health. Highly recommend going to this office for your medical eye needs.

Everyone was so helpful to me; especially Dr. Ball. Ricado did an excellent job too. I feel being at this office, I get excellent care. I want to thank everyone for their help.

Excellent experience at Winter Park Vision Specialists. Dr. Marguerite Ball-Thomas is a fantastic optometrist. I really appreciated her patience during my exam and her extensive knowledge. She explained everything clearly and didn't rush the appointment. The office staff was also wonderful! Thank you all!
