Had a fantastic experience here! I took my newly-turned 5 year old for his first pair of glasses in early 2025 and from start to finish the process was stress-free for both he and I. At the time he had a decent speech impediment, Dr.Williams was so patient and great with him! The staff are also so friendly, I highly recommend Williams Family Eye Care for anyone with a child who struggles to communicate! Their compassion and professionalism shine in the quality of care they provide from the moment you walk in the door!

I've had the most bizarre and frustrating experience of my life trying to book an appointment as a new patient with this practice. I have to tell you that my multiple voice mails and emails have gone unanswered regarding scheduling a simple eye exam. I am a 67-year-old man who hales from Boston with extensive experience interacting with medical professionals. This is new territory for me, being treated this way as a potential new patient. Hard to believe that a practice that is so rude and unprofessional survives in the competitive healthcare market. My overall experience has been like something from an episode of the old Twilight Zone TV series.

The staff here are so friendly and welcoming. Dr. Williams is also great! He is thorough, genuine and truly cares about his patients well being. Over-all, I had a very positive experience. I highly recommend them!

Fantastic experience! Got something in my eye on a weekend, I was able to make an Emergency call to get care and get me out of pain. Highly recommended

Great with my kids and have work with me extensively because I have have problems with contacts fitting correctly and we tried contact after contact for 7 months till we found something that works for me.. Wonderful place👍👍
