Gateway Ophthalmology

In my experience Dr Obrian is absolutely professional! I had the most comprehensive exam I’ve ever experienced. He patiently and clearly explained what my conditions and options were. The office personnel are very attentive and respond quickly to the doctor’s directions. The Dr.’s staff make a great team! The office has an impressive array of up-to-date equipment and is very clean with a comforting atmosphere.

I was seen promptly and everyone I dealt with was personable, efficient and comfortably professional. Dr McCracken was kind and thorough. I especially appreciated the time she took to explain everything as we went over results.The people in the optical department were great too. I feel in really good hands at Gateway.

I had a wonderful experience, Melissa McCracken. She was wonderful, answered all of my questions that I had and concerns and then I went around the corner and looked at glasses and the gentleman that helped me there he was great. He was very honest and straightforward about what he thought looked good on me. He offered suggestions and I walked away feeling very pleased with the knowledge of where my eyesight is and I will definitely go back.

Well let me start with they got me in sooner then I expected. The staff is wonderful. Went I checked in I noticed that I had forgotten my debt card for my copay. The receptionist was okay we can bill you. I wasn't expecting that. I went to sit down I just sat down and I was called in. Went through the normal stuff. Moved to another room which was great. Very comfortable. Waited in there maybe 10 minutes then Dr O'Brien came in. Introduced himself. Said well let's take a look. Look in both eyes. Let his assistant that right eye was to be done that day and the other eye was to be done in a week or two. Great. The assistant took me to the Lazer room. I sat down put my chin and forehead up on the equipment. Was asked if I was comfortable and then was asked to open my eye wider. Doctor started and with in 5 minutes everything was zapped out and I had no pain and that eye I could see clearly again. Went to the receptionist and made my next appointment. The experience was very satisfying and relaxing. TO ALL THE ASSISTANCE, RECEPTIONIST AND DOCTOR. THANK YOU. I WOULD REFER ANYONE TO YOU.

I felt I received excellent care. The new equipment made it a lot easier to participate in the exam tests. And no waiting!
