Very helpful staff, short wait time even when the waiting room is quite full. Knowledgeable staff regarding insurance. Recently I had an eye exam which was great. I went to this practice a year ago for a scratch on my eye and had the same experience. Very reassuring and all staff are professional and quick, including the registration staff! Highly recommend for eye related emergencies and eye exams.

This was my daughter’s and my first time going yesterday. If they had more stars to give, I’d be giving it to them without a doubt. From the start of walk in, all the way til we walked out it was a great experience. I want to shoutout Brittany there. Without you, I don’t believe that appointment would’ve went as smoothly for my daughter and myself as well as staff. There was very little wait time for myself and others and they were very caring and did a thorough job. I appreciate you all for everything you did and we look forward to future appointments!

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. I was seen promptly at the appointed time. They helped me from my exam, to my prescription, to picking out my new glasses. There were plenty of choices available right there with many customization options. I highly recommend them.

7/6/26 I went to the Jamestown office for a full eye exam. Doctor O'Neill and Doctor Gutson are such a blessing. They are extremely educated and kind. The front desk- they are amazing. They are so kind and full of love. They really care about their patients. I had the best time here. I am so thankful for each of them. Every technician was amazing and very thorough. I will always put my trust in you guys. I wish that I had all their names but every single person is just awesome. Thank you team for being so kind and warm. Unless unorganization is your thing, consider elsewhere. The office never sent in my prescription when I left the office so I had to call back. When you have a cut and infection on your eye, the last thing a person wants to worry about hours later is fumbling around with their phone to follow up and see if the office is doing their job. I waited an hour after my appt started on Friday because the whole staff had to have a luncheon at the same time with the eye care rep. I was told I needed a Monday appointment follow up. I wasn’t given a card so I trusted the office to make the appointment on the right date. Nope, scheduled it for Wednesday. Of course I called and left a voicemail, I’d be shocked if anyone replies. community eye care specialist do not reply to voicemails! Don’t leave them. My eyes stayed dilated for 72 hours at the Dunkirk office which was concerning to me as this has never happened to me before. I called and left a voicemail, no one ever called me back. The lack of urgency and pure chaos in these offices should drive anyone away from using them unless it’s a true emergency.
