Dr. Landy is consistently thorough and explains things so very well. I appreciate you getting me on an urgent basis due to a complication of a disorder I have. Her assistant is also kind and works quickly yet completely. Thank you for always providing such excellent care!
Staff fixed my broken glasses again, I finally broke down and ordered a new pair. Think it was Lisa who fixed them and fitted me for my new glasses. She was very polite and had a great sense of humor. And the last stop paying for them yet another pleasant experience. Even set me up with how to file a claim with my insurance that they don't deal with. And how could I forget the warm welcome I received from Stacie at the front desk, always so kind and full of smiles 😃.
Had a good experience while at an appointment to get fitted for contact lenses. Polite front desk, caring and knowledgeable technician, and Doctor who explained a lot about the contacts and listened to concerns/thoughts I had. Happy to be on a good path clearer vision again! : ) Thank you!
