​⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (5/5 Stars) ​I had a great experience at Cohen’s Fashion Optical! The store is very clean, organized, and they have a huge selection of frames to choose from. They also use updated, high-tech equipment for the exams. ​A special shout-out to Tina, the manager, who was incredibly friendly, polite, and professional, and to Mike, the technician, who was very professional and highly accurate with everything. Excellent customer service all around. I will definitely be coming back!

I came to this location to replace the broken eyeglass frame of my glasses since updating my vision prescription a few months ago; manager Tina kindly helped me out with safely removing both lenses and in finding a suitable and stylish eyeglass frame from many options of the several designer collections that the store location had, that could specifically fit the shape and size of my lenses 👓 she also helped me out with my request of providing my PD measurements and fitted my lenses to my newly frame replacement same-day with the relevant vision info of my recent eye exam. I also learned some interesting facts about designer frames such as the tiny screws on my old/broken frames. Overall, the process to replace my previous/broken eyeglass frames and to keep the lens of my glasses was thorough and smooth from start to finish!

Today I stumbled in looking to just get a quick pair of blue lens glasses to help with my headaches from being on the screen, but Julie suggested that I get my eyes checked and so conveniently was able to fit me right in just as they were getting to finish the day. She was so sweet and so informative. It was honestly the highlight of my day. This is my first time getting Prescription and she made it such a nice experience with her kindness and knowledge. I’m so happy I walked in and left with a good experience and a solution for my vision!

One star because I wanted to leave a review. Should have been zero. Upheld the reputation of Cohens being a rip off. I have excellent coverage through VSP and know what is covered under my family plan. They tried to up charge my husband $70 for light reactive which is zero cost along with a few other items that brought the cost to $321. Last year his Total cost at a reputable local eyeglass provider was $30, yes thirty! No live optometrist to do eye exam, virtual exam with machines and an eye doctor via video. Called to speak to manager, Julie, and got nowhere. Tried to justify higher cost due to franchise fees and said they did the right thing by letting him leave with the prescription resulting from the exam that was paid for.

THEY WERE AWESOME! I Ordered my glasses from there and Eileen, Julie, and Mira allowed me to have one of the best shopping experiences ever. Thank you so much ladies.
