The front office staff is friendly, helpful and fun! (Big plus) Chris did a great job testing my eyes, answering my many questions, was knowledgeable, caring, friendly, and professional. Dr. G swooped in to review the results, shared eyeball images (so cool), answered my many questions (see a pattern?), and ensured my aging eyes would continue to see all the beauty of the world around me. I have been a patient of Dr. Giannotti for over 30 years. Dr. Giannotti is always kind and explains everything. He always makes sure that he has answered any and all questions I have. His office staff is wonderful! Not having the best "fashion sense," they always help me choose glasses that look good on me. And, when I'm "not so kind" to my glasses they gladly repair them and clean them up! HIGHLY recommend!!

I “face planted” falling and breaking my glasses. Dr.was able to see me 2 hours after I called and hooked me up with contacts and new glasses arrive in 2 1/2 weeks. We’ve been SEEING him for many years!!!
