Dr. Bavand and the staff are top notch. From my first visit I was greeted with smiles. The staff is friendly and the customer service is first class. Things are explained with no pressure. They conducted test and gave me my diagnosis. They informed me of what is available and sent me off with smiles. I opted to get the sun damage on my eyes removed. That proceedure was smooth. I really like that they run on time and are so efficient and kind. The eye proceedure was easy and relatively quick (30 minutes or less) Dr. Bavand took his time explaining every step of the proceedure. When he put the numbing drops in my eyes he wiped the excess that rolled toward my face. In that moment I felt cared for and loved. Like a friend wiping tears from my eyes. I appreciated that so much I was able to relax even more. Before the proceedure things were explained to me and the medication to help my recovery was ready and at hand. I was driven home to rest and return the next day. Dr. Tsi and staff greeted me and the post exam was throughly done. I love how I was treated and appreciate the care of my eyes. I'll be back for the lens exchange. Top notch professional staff and doctors is what I have experienced here. I am thankful and grateful for then. Sunshine Daye

Went there because I was referred to go and see the new doctor. She was very nice and knowledgeable. I really like the office the staff and everyone was very friendly and very helpful. They took a long time to help me figure out what type of eyeglasses I wanted, but I walked away. Very happy.!! 5 star!

The absolute best when it comes to eye care. My very first time ever needing glasses and gosh am I thankful to have found this gem. Located in Huntington Beach this place packs quality and variety. Very thorough, and professional. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable when it comes to check ups, explaining how your insurance would work, and fashion tips. Staff gave me a great sweet and simple brow down of prices and when it came to picking out glasses, Veronica was so helpful by choosing which frames best suited my face and what looked good.

My daughter had the best first experience at the optometrist! We walked in and were instantly greeted by the friendliest front desk staff. They were great at explaining the forms I was signing. They took time to explain our vision benefits and we were blown away with benefits we didn’t even know we had because no one ever took the time to explain them to us. I have personally been to 3 different optometry offices in the past 3 years and have never been as happy as I was at this visit. My daughter smiled and felt comfortable the entire time. Dr Stephany Vong was so patient with her and knew exactly what to ask my daughter to better understand her. We would always just ask her if she could see okay and turns out she’s been struggling for 2 years. I have found a lifetime office for the entire family.
