We have been coming to this Optometrist for years. The customer service is top-notch. I can say Marina is always willing to go above and beyond to get you into the schedule that works for every member of your family. Providing top-tier care and attention is her main focus, and she is great at it! When we had an insurance change and went to a different Optometrist office, I noticed the difference. So Glad we can now be back & she graciously can work us in the schedule. She assisted my elderly mother to and from her chair before, so I can vouch for her kindness firsthand. Thank you for providing a welcoming environment with top-notch staff. See you soon!

Customer service has went down tremendously here. You call and they answer with attitude didnt get the ladies names but brian as well. They never placed my order when they were supposed to. Called 2 weeks later and they barely placed it at that moment. So waited a total of of 4 weeks. Glasses sat there. Didn’t receive a call that they were in. And when i got them they atent even labeled which kids is which. Horrible service. HORRIBLE. Last time i let them bill my insurance thats for sure. Dr was nice and some of the other ladies as well but doesnt excuse the lack of professionalism. I spent $1000 that day and once they got your money they forget about the service. Never again.

FINAL UPDATE: I was given a call back and picked up my contact trials today. Thank you for the help, I appreciate the assistance Dr. Lin ☺️ UPDATE: I received a call from Jorge while I was at work. I called back and the lady who picked up hung up on me after I let her know I was calling Jorge back. 🤷🏻‍♀️ I’ve been coming here for a few years and I liked how quick and nice they were. This past month I went in for my routine exam and I asked about contact lenses. I paid for the exam and fitting however the trials took around 3 weeks to be given to me. I went in to try them on and only the left contact lens was the correct prescription. They then told me I would be called to pick up my right eye trial and it’s now been two weeks and I have not heard anything so I’m just going to head to Costco and pay for the contact lenses exam and fitting.

I have found that Golden Optometric Whittier, has always been great with their appointment visits, helping everyone they see. The doctor, Ardaya and his staff are always helpful, respectful and kind. Thank you.

Dr. David Ardaya is an outstanding optometrist-kind, helpful, and extremely knowledgeable. He always takes the time to be gentle and considerate with my little one, which means everything to us as parents. I would confidently recommend him to anyone.
