Very happy with the service here! The office in general has a nice, calm vibe and the staff is excellent! Susie helped me pick out frames today and she had great feedback, and was very patient while helping me! I would normally feel pressured to pick something quickly but I felt comfortable taking my time. I’ve already recommended this office to my parents and husband! :)
This was my first time going there as I’m new to the area.They called me into my appointment on time. They did a thorough eye examination and then I was able to buy a couple pairs of glasses. I was very satisfied with their customer service and professionalism. Doctor Z and Optician Phoebe were so helpful along with all the front desk staff.
The place is incredible! Every single person I saw was so upbeat and positive. Everyone was knowledge and very helpful. Courtney was so sweet and set the tone of the office when you walk in. I highly recommend the office if your looking for excellent eye care and a great doctor.
Had my first eye appointment ever with them last year, and they were all very helpful. Doctors were all happy to answer all of my questions, and then they had someone help me pick out the perfect glasses. All around great experience!
