I’m not sure how I feel about my experience. I left with more questions than answers, especially since this was my first time getting my eyes checked. The front staff was kind and helpful, and the overall process was seamless and fairly quick. The doctor was nice, but she spent a good portion of the appointment trying to fix the machine she needed to use. I wish she had explained the exam and results more thoroughly. She answered my questions, but if I hadn’t asked them, I wouldn’t have understood why I was being prescribed glasses. The appointment felt rushed. When my glasses arrived, I picked them up on Saturday. They arrived dirty because I noticed the staff member cleaning them right before giving them to me. The fit wasn’t quite right. They adjusted the back of the glasses but didn’t check or adjust the sides. I was also given a case that didnt fit my glasses. My glasses were too big and the case does not close. The case is white and has a black mark on the side (they were used before). Although my insurance covered part of the visit and the glasses, I still paid a little over $300 out of pocket. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I don’t feel it was worth the cost.

Walk-in was quick! Staff was amazing! Best deals of name brand glasses for the whole family! Sales associate (Fide) was very courteous and helpful from the time we walked-in to the time we walked out. The manager (Sohil) was very polite and helpful as well! Lastly the optometrist (Dr. Joby) was the sweetest 🤓 Stop by and see them for affordable prices on name brand lenses!!!

I had a very good experience when I came in. Makayla greeted me right away and made me feel very welcome. I’m usually a little shy, but she helped me find the glasses I wanted and worked with the pricing for my mom since my Medicaid was no longer available. She made the entire appointment process easy and stress-free. The doctor was also very nice and took the time to explain everything clearly. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for excellent customer service and care!

The office was very clean, organized, and had a comfortable atmosphere. My eye exam went smoothly, and I felt well taken care of. After my exam, I had a hard time choosing glasses because I’m pretty picky, but Fede was incredibly patient, professional, and helpful throughout the whole process. She gave me honest recommendations and helped me find frames that fit my face well. Her friendly attitude really made the experience even better. I’m very happy with my visit, and I would definitely come back and recommend this place to others!
