Saw Dr Bozic for eye exams and Tara & Emily did pre-testing and assisted with picking out frames/fitting. We would give 15 stars if possible. They are great!! (Shannon is also great) We have been going to Great Lakes Eye Care for 20+ years and would highly recommend this practice! Their knowledge, compassion and helpfulness set them miles apart.
Dr. Jenna Bayer, O.D And her staff are absolutely amazing! She is so kind and knowledgeable. My husband and I love her. I have a few autoimmune disorders that can cause chronic dry eyes. Not only is she knowledgeable about Pots syndrome, EDS, and Sjogrens, she is doing everything possible to help me with the constant dry eyes that these syndromes cause me. It is so wonderful to be heard!!! Her staff is so friendly and efficient. We always get follow up calls and answers. Thank you Again Great Lakes Eyecare!
After searching for a new local eye doctor I came across Great Lakes Eyecare that had excellent reviews and also great rates/copays with my insurance. I had a wonderful experience today meeting all of the staff and Dr. Jenna Bayer for an eye exam. They were all very thorough and kind. I felt very at home and at ease being I was nervous that I had not been to an optometrist for 5 years since my last exam. Dr. Bayer will be highly recommended to all of my friends and coworkers. She was extremely knowledgeable and down to earth. Then Tara helped me pick out my frames and lenses and even took the time to help me figure out how to make the most of my insurance benefits. I look forward to seeing clearly once I have my new glasses! Thank you to all of the staff for a lovely visit today!
Had a wonderful expirence!! The entire staff was very kind and accommodating. My aunt is in a wheelchair and they were able to do the eye exam and glasses fitting all from her wheelchair. Glasses arrived in 8-9days. Def will be back. & Shoutout Emily for her patience with our indecisiveness on glasses options
Amazing service and selection of eyewear. Lindsey was very thorough explaining my options and checking to see what would work best for me, and the whole office works amazingly as a team to accomplish this as well. I highly recommend!
