I had a very good experience at SVS vision in Mentor. From my eye exam to getting my glasses. Pam was great to work with. She was very knowledgeable about insurance and very helpful in picking the perfect frames for me! I will continue to use SVS vision for my eye care.

My entire experience from the moment I walked in the door was pleasant. I was greeted immediately, practically no wait time for my exam. The Doctor was thorough and educational, the staff Latisha and Pam was very helpful in helping me pick the right lenses shade for my medical needs and a really cute frame. They were all friendly, polite and attentive. Will be back next year!
