Dr. Beal is great! Retail store is not! Showed up 5:55, 5 minutes before close. (Earliest I could get there after work) The lights were off and door locked! Two employees standing at register, as I knock at the door. I just needed to pick up my finished glasses. Called store, no one picked up as they stood at the counter. A minute after closing the woman came to the door and I told her I was here before closing and the doors are locked and she got my glasses and handed them through the door while I remained standing outside. How rude and horrible customer service. The employees don’t care and it shows! Won’t be back after buying designer glasses there for over 10 years.

When I walked into the store I was promptly greeted by Laurel. I explained to Laurel what I was looking for and she was able to help me with my selection. Laurel was great to work with and look forward to getting my new prescription glasses. Thank you for the great service.

Doctor was rude and they charged me after telling me that I was fully covered. I needed help learning how to put contacts in. They wouldn't help. They said, "Can you see? " I said yes I can. She said "then your contacts must be in" like what?? I have my eyes dilated I literally can't see if they were in. I've met drill instructors cooler than that in boot camp. Recommend this place to your enemies.

I would recommend anyone to go to LensCrafters. It was an amazing experience. I wish I had my glasses I would post a picture I love them alot.

Did not buy my Ray Ban sunglasses from them, but took them in to be adjusted and Lindsey was able to help me out! They fit like a glove now!
