⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Dr. Trent Tadlock is the best eye doctor in Texas. I have been seeing him for the past eight years, and I can confidently say he is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely cares about his patients. He always takes the time to listen to your concerns, thoroughly explain your condition, and make sure you understand your treatment options. I trust him completely. If I could give him more than 100 stars, I would. The only reason I am mentioning the following is because I sincerely hope the scheduling office can improve its process. I scheduled my appointment three weeks in advance and provided all of my insurance information at the time of booking. I was told everything had been verified and that I was all set. However, just two hours before my 2:00 PM appointment, I received a call stating that my appointment would be canceled unless they received my referral immediately. This issue should have been addressed during the three weeks leading up to my appointment, not at the last minute. It caused unnecessary stress and could have resulted in me missing an important eye examination. Dr. Tadlock is an exceptional physician and deserves the highest recommendation. I am truly grateful for the outstanding care he has provided over the past eight years. My concern is not with Dr. Tadlock, but with the scheduling process. I hope the office improves its communication and referral verification procedures so that every patient receives an experience that reflects the exceptional level of care Dr. Tadlock provides.
