The environment was very inviting but most importantly was the patience and warmth shown to me. Alberto was very accommodating and put me at ease by cleaning the equipment in front of me. Dr. Joanna Lizzi was very friendly and knowledgeable and I felt very comfortable in asking her questions. I didn't feel rushed. And Cheryl was so patient and kind in helping me look for glasses. Even though I ended up not having a pair of glasses, she nevertheless had a great attitude. After my visit, I booked my next appointment, one year in advance. I highly recommend going to Greenspan Family Eyecare!
