The worst place to ever get a tuxedo. I got for my wedding it was tight and the bottom of the pants legs was messed up the didn't have time to fix and would do refund. Been better just to get something off line. Update review someone has reviewed my complaint and they will be making things right so I have upped my rating for the higher guys up the chain making it right.

Highly recommended. This Men's Wearhouse location is easily accessible and exceptionally well-organized. The staff is friendly and helpful, the inventory is fully stocked, and the pricing is very reasonable.
Tamika was amazing!!! She was VERY knowledgeable, helped my husband get some updated quality items for his wardrobe and helped us quickly too! She also spoke life into us and loved on our babies. Paul was very pleasant and helpful as well. Excellent customer service and we were very happy with our purchases.
Today, I delivered about 12 tuxedos back to Men’s Wearhouse. Later on, I discovered when I got home someone had put my shoes in their bag by mistake, and I had a rental pair of shoes in my possession. I called the 280 location back where I deliver the tuxedos, and the young man that my wife and I spoke to claims he looked and did not see the shoes. He went as far as to tell me that if I wanted to, I could come back and go through each bag myself. So, I made a 45 minute trip back to Men’s Wearhouse on 280, and I spoke to a nice helpful gentleman by the name of Kel. When I explain why I was there, he walked over to the only tuxedos that had been delivered for the day and went through the bags. When he got to the third or fourth bag, he pulled out the shoes that were clearly not rental shoes. I explained to him why I really do not care for the 280 location, and he went out of the way to apologize and told me to come back when he was there. Such a nice young man that tried his best to make this location look better. I just wish the young men that work at this location would do their job with a spirit of excellence and do their best to make customers happy. Kel, I may come back to this location, but I will only allow you to be my salesman.
Amazing experience at Men's wearhouse today. Paul L, the store manager promptly greeted me and began to help work through the different blue suit options I needed for an event a week away. He is extremely knowledgeable of all the suit and pants options and was able to quickly get me in a suit combo that fit wonderfully and was within my budget. Walked out of store less than 30 minutes later fully satisfied with all of his services. I cannot recommend Paul and his staff enough. Thank you all!!
