Stay away from here they will lie to you ! I got a pair of glasses and what's undecided if I should get progressives or not . The lady said if you try them and you don't like him. Come back and will replace the lens with single vision and refund you some money. Well, I did that and guess what? They wanted me to pay $40 more for cutting fee and not refund me any money. So i would have been paying even more ! Plus the lens were not even cut right ,one side went all the way to the frame and the other side didnt ! So they did end up issuing me a full refund. But that's not the point they lied to me

I actually went to the orthopedics office for my appointment. I had a appointment with Dr.Brooks who is wondering and does a great job. And the people that work there are great. Wonderful Experience.

First time visiting GR OPT of Ionia. The staff is very pleasant and thorough. Highly recommend Dr. Krupp for the kiddos. She was kind and had answers for my son's questions and mine.

Dr. Den Braber is amazing. He genuinely listens to me and makes me feel heard. He explains what is going on with my eyes in a way I understand. Also the office doesn't have long wait times, even when the Dr. takes the time to ensure I understand. The staff are also nice and considerate too. This office found an astigmatism that other offices missed. Getting the right prescription has made an incredible difference.

I was a patient at this office for years seeing both Drs Patera & DenBraber & thought highly of both. After skipping a year during the pandemic I could not get an appointment for months & went elsewhere for a few years. I was able to get back in this year (2024) & saw Dr. Kara Krupp. I am very impressed. She has a kind & gentle demeanor & was very thorough in her explanations. She was very patient with my questions and concerns; I never felt rushed or a bother. I highly recommend her and the office.
