Guilderland Vision Care

I went to this practice today for a wellness vision appointment. I do not currently wear corrective lenses. I met with Rachel. She performed my eye test and was a pleasure to meet. She was thorough, personable, and explained my results so I could comprehend them. Fantastic! The person who checked me out (didn't get her name) was equally as welcoming! The office is well equipted with many frame options. A very neat, clean, and professional office! 10 stars!!!!

New patient here and my first impression was that the staff are very kind and knowledgeable. The staff that helped me with picking out glasses/payment knew exactly what my insurance covered and helped me get something within my budget. Dr. Casey-Gee was exceptionally friendly and gentle. She asked questions to get to know me before she started her exam which was really sweet. I've been to many eye doctors and after one visit she is a stand out.

Don't normally write reviews but this one is worth my time :). I genuinely love this office. Everyone from the receptionists, staff, doctors - everyone is so helpful and nice. They care about their patients and go out of their way to help you. I moved 30 min away and still make the drive to see this group. Keep up the good work!!

I saw Dr. Rachel McCann who not only took a deep look into my eye concerns - but on a personal level she was extremely kind and compassionate. Some of her exact words to me were “I’m more than just an eye doctor.” I was filled with worry and left the eye doctors feeling better as a whole. I cannot recommend her enough. To be treated with such kindness is something I will not forget.

The staff that work here are the best vision professionals I know. Casey, one of the eye doctors is very thorough and incredibly experienced. She will walk you through everything you need to know about your eyes and what she is doing as she is doing it, on top of that she is very personable and polite! Joanne, one of the service representatives is someone I've been seeing for vision since the 7th grade and I have been seeing ever since at my appointments. She is quick, tremendously talented, and always leaving you smiling. When it comes to fixing your glasses she's got that covered. When it comes to picking out new glasses call her a fashionista. When it comes to the bill break down she's a financial wiz and will explain everything in easy to understand ways. I lament the day I move too far away and have to find new eye professionals if ever thay day comes, because there's nobody that can fill their shoes. Much love a forever customer
