I think doctor Guillen Is a great doctor he is very professional and very thorough in his consultations. However office staff does not book up appointments accordingly. I always have to wait very long hours. I had an appointment today at 12:30 and was expected to get out by 130 however office staff booked up 2 people in front of me with medical issues which did not assure me to be out by 2 so I walked out because I have another appointment by 215. If I don't come back to see this amazing doctor it's because of the long waits

Dr. Guillen is very thorough in his explanation of issues with mine or my children’s eyes. We never feel he’s in a rush to move on to the next patient like some doctors can make you feel. We made the switch to Dr. Guillen from another eye doctor and do not regret it at all.
