Great place to go for any of your eye care needs. Staff is attentive and caring. Dr Gustafson is awesome. Very knowledgeable doctor who is excellent at explaining how your personal case is different or similar to others. I’ve been seeing him for going on 10 years and I always feel good walking out of Provides the highest level of care every time. Highly recommend!
I had a fantastic experience at Gustafson Eye Care. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by a friendly receptionist who went out of her way to welcome me by name — “You must be Joel, my 10 o’clock!” That small touch instantly made me smile and set the tone for the visit. The entire staff was warm, professional, and genuinely caring throughout. Dr. Tom was amazing — very personable, easy to talk to, and made the appointment feel comfortable and relaxed. We even ended up chatting about a restaurant we’ve both been to in Wisconsin, which made the whole experience feel more like a conversation than a typical appointment. My experience with Gustafson Eye Care has been a consistent one. They are very thorough in their exams with one goal in mind, to provide the best possible outcome when prescribing new lenses or any treatment or procedure. I have a couple unique issues with my eyes and when any concern has arisen, they have reassured me that they are there to provide solutions to support you as the patient throughout your journey.
