Amazing customer service! Karen was incredibly helpful in helping me find a frame I absolutely adore. and she even fixed my current glasses that I didn't think could be fixed (they are like new again!)
After searching for eyeglasses for a few months, both online and retail, I found this place on line. Even though it was a little over an hour drive for me, it was worth it. The selection of frames for me were plentiful, and, I was able to find the perfect frame in less than 5 minutes😊 In fact, the first pair I tried on! The woman who assisted me, Karen, was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I received my glasses in 10 days. Very happy with them and the service I received. Well worth the trip there👍

Im am totally sold on the excellent service I recieved, Karen, the owner fitted me with a pair of glasses, which I ordered, sight unseen, am im so delighted and impressed with her services. Not only are they an excellent fit, but the quality far exceeds what I've paid for at other eyeglass places! My husband and I both get our glasses here and we will never go anywhere else now that we have found them. Karen is wonderful and the selection and prices are amazing. They have something for everyone and the value for the money is excellent.Very professional and the quality and service can’t be beat.
I've never left a review before, anywhere, but I feel that I should with this place. Here are the facts; It took me more than 7 weeks to get a satisfactory pair of glasses. 1st pair of progressive glasses had not been measured properly and could not be used. A new pair was ordered with them telling me they'd call me when they came in, they never did. I even left a message on their answering machine, still no call back. Finally the 2nd pair of lenses came in. Got home, wore them for 4 hours, went to clean them and found a scratch in one of the lenses. Lens had to be re-ordered, as it was defective. finally after another few weeks of waiting, another lens came in and FINALLY (after 7 weeks of back and forth wasting my time) I had a good pair of glasses. The owner tried to make things right by offering me a new set of glasses. After another week of waiting, they came in. These were brand new, got home again and noticed more scratches in both lenses. I am so frustrated by the EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND QUALITY CONTROL, that I can't even bring myself to bring BACK those glasses. If your time is worth anything, DON'T go there!
