I had a wonderful experience with Dr. K and the staff at Harvard Square Eye Care. I called with an urgent eye issue and they were very accommodating, scheduling me for the next day. Dr. K also took time to speak with me by phone beforehand, which I really appreciated. When I arrived, everyone was welcoming and kind. Dr. K was thorough, attentive, and reassuring, and I felt very well cared for. I’m grateful for their quick response and excellent care, and I would definitely recommend Dr. K and Harvard Square Eye Care.

Thanks to Denise at Harvard Square Eye Care on Dunster St! The right arm of my $750 Silhouette frames broke, and I definitely did not want to have to buy a brand new frame. Denise patiently looked for a solution, called around, and found a way to order just the replacement right arm for $125. A few days later, she received the piece and snapped it into place. I cannot thank this optician enough. I accidentally sat on my glasses and thought they were beyond repair. They looked almost impossible to fix, but the team worked their magic and brought them back to life. Not only were they incredibly skilled, they were also genuinely friendly, patient, and kind throughout the whole process. The most amazing part was that they did not even want any compensation for the work they had done. That level of generosity and customer care is extremely rare. I am truly grateful and will remember this kindness for a long time. If you need an optician in Harvard, Massachusetts, I wholeheartedly recommend this place.

I always have a good experience here. The staff are extremely helpful and kind, and they always ensure that you are taken care of. They have also been generous in times when I’ve been running low on contacts, came in to order more because I was out, and they gave me extra samples to hold me over. I appreciated that and I appreciate their friendly attitude in general. Also the eye exams are professional and the docs are good. Very happy with this place. Would recommend!
