I had an excellent experience during my recent eye exam appointment. Dr. Khalid was incredibly thorough, professional, and personable throughout the entire visit. She took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made me feel comfortable and well cared for. I would highly recommend Dr. Khalid to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and attentive optometrist. I also had the pleasure of working with Shirley when selecting my new glasses. She was extremely helpful, professional, and patient throughout the process. Shirley went above and beyond to work with my insurance and helped me find the best possible deals on my new eyewear. Her expertise and customer service made the experience easy and enjoyable. Overall, a fantastic experience from start to finish. Stopped By To Do The Eye-Exam(Been More Than 5 Years) Today. The Staff & the Eye Doctor Is Amazing! The Doctor Offered Me A Eye Drop For My Redness In The Eyes. Conveniently Located At The Coolidge Corner. Quick & Easy Process. Comfortable. I Highly Recommended.

The doctor was very nice but her office did not tell me before I came in that my annual eye exam is out of network even though lens crafters is with in my network. They said they called me but no messages or called were made on the phone number they have on file. I said I would stay for the annual check up as long as I could get the digital copy of an invoice emailed to me. The front office person for the doctor said sure. When I reminded them to send me an invoice via email for reimbursement purposes, it was a scanned copy that was sent to me. The scan is not straight and I needed a digital copy rather than a photo. I am disappointed at the customer service end of the optometrist's front office. I hope they send me a digital copy so I can get reimbursed.
