If I could give zero stars I absolutely would! I just moved here from Texas and ripped one of my contacts as soon as I got here. I called to make an appointment on April 8th and requested a late appt due to my work hours. I was told their next 5pm appointment was a week away so I scheduled it. I arrived 5 minutes early and waited over 5 minutes for someone to come to the eye exam desk. Upon check in I was told I didn’t have an appointment. I showed them my call log where I had spent 4 minutes on the phone giving my information to make the appointment only to be told I would have to come back another day. I then received a call from there absolutely rude practice manager who told me I didn’t have an appointment and would not be seen. Go literally anywhere else! These people are ridiculous!
