Dr. Wu has to be one of the best doctors ever. She performed my dad’s surgery and took amazing care of him from start to finish. She was incredibly kind, compassionate, and made us feel at ease throughout the entire process. Her professionalism, skill, and genuine care for her patients truly stand out. We are so grateful for everything she did for my dad. I highly recommend Dr. Wu to anyone looking for an exceptional ophthalmologist. Thank you, Dr. Wu, for taking such great care of my dad!

If there were more stars they would give them all. Exceptional communication from beginning virtual visit to surgery. My Chart made it so easy to communicate. Dr Okereke was great and reassuring on our phone visit. Natalie NP was so helpful on zoom calls Every single nurse, Stephanie, Michele Keena and more i can't remember were great. The facility has great food and the patient housing make so easy on families. The whole culture exudes care and compassion. THANK YOU ALL

The people that work in OptimEyes Henry Ford Hospital on W. Grand Blvd office is very nice and respectful. If I can give it more than five star, I would and it did not take long for my glasses to come it took like two weeks, including the weekend. They have a great insurance line of glasses.

I can’t remember the name of the lady who checked me in but she was very helpful and made sure I understood the billing process and what I was responsible for. Anthony helped me with getting new lenses for an existing pair of glasses. He was very kind and professional and took care of all of my issues! Great service all round!
