Reception is always polite and knowledgeable. I come in once or twice a year and I like seeing the same faces greet me. Techs are great! Polite, careful, respectful and friendly. Doctors are attentive. They listen to my concerns, I trust that they have the best advice and/or solutions to any problems I’m having.

Best experience yet at Optimize. Dee started things out with a smile and very fun conversation. Next was Dr. Kim. A very nice person with obvious high skills. She made me very at ease. And then to round out the perfect experience was Beverly! A car person I could relate to and Another fun conversation. All in all I felt everybody there was happy, willing to help and very caring. See you all next year!

Tracie and Angela were awesome in helping me select a pair of glasses. Tracie even helped pick out several frames es. From being greeted when I entered and the all around service and professionalism, I'm giving the store a 5 star. Not to mention Dr Santillan was fabulous too.

It was my first visit to this office. I had a wonderful experience. Dr. Santillan was so thorough in her exam. She spent time with me and answered my questions. It was the best eye exam that I have had in years. Beverly, the optician, was so helpful when it came to picking my frames. I had no idea what I wanted and she had an organized system to help me pick the frame. The glasses are so comfortable. I finally found a great place for eye exams.

My appointment with Henry Ford OptimEyes went well. I found the staff to be friendly and efficient. The Bloomfield Twp facility was clean and up to date. The eye exam technician was friendly and respectful. Dr Anna Santillan was kind and very thorough. She asked many questions appropriate to the exam and my particular eye condition. I was impressed with her experience and guidance.
