I booked an appointment and confirmed it multiple times via text and email. Despite this, they repeatedly contacted me while I was at work the day before. At 1:20 PM, they sent a final text confirming my appointment—only for me to show up the next day and be told it was canceled. Their reason? I confirmed via text instead of over the phone. Unprofessional communication and zero respect for their clients' time.
I loved their selection of frames (awesome) and the Dr. and sales staff/Techs were super nice and helpful.
Very professional and always on time never have long waits. The ladies that work in the eyeglass department are so so nice and sweet they always help me out so much when I'm picking out glasses, and trust me I normally have like 20-30 different frames I'm trying to decide from... 😁I really appreciate their kindness and patience.
I had a Short wait. Staff was very nice and Dr Ho . was very nice and very informative. I would highly recommend.
I had a great today. Greatly enjoyed my visit and look forward to my new glasses.
