Great thorough service and excellent customer service. Definitely my family’s new doctor 🙂
The staff is exceptional nice, but my podiatrist there would not listen to my complaints or concerns with my neuropathy, I've been dealing with it for years, what ever happened to when a doctor actually listened, Dr.Gordon was the last, if I could afford to go anywhere else I most definitely would
Dr chibu was extremely rude left visit without A single word. When I poke my head out to ask could I have a word with him. he showed me and told me to get with the nurse when I got with the nurse. She told me she apologizes his laptop went dead. He provided me medication that I was not used to taking, and because the lack of communication I went back to adjust. He then pointed his finger in my face. I asked to speak to management. They told me to do a survey and let them know how service was. Which was to know avail!! This is by far the Worst experience in my life at a physicians office.
The care a receive here is excellent. Dr. Okwonko is great. She takes her time and explain things to you and she really is a caring doctor. The staff here is great and caring. I love it here and will continue to seek care here.
