Very impressive place. The girl at the front desk is amazing. Friendly and very helpful. The doctor is amazing as well and makes you feel comfortable. Highly recommend this place, as they know how to deliver quality customer service and eyeglasses.
I have been going to Hugo Optical for years. I took my son there last winter and was told that his eyes were within normal range; a year later I went to schedule his/my annual eye exam and was told that his previous exam wasn't covered and I owed $150. I've spent a lot of $ there over the course of years, the money they are claiming I owe is not the point. They didn't collect info/submit the insurance properly and sent an invoice to the wrong address (and never called me) so I had no opportunity to dispute/fix within the time frame necessary for the claim to be processed successfully. I was seen in December while they "checked with their billing dept to see if there was anything they could do." They will now not release my prescription to me or see me for a follow up visit after having ordered me a trial pair of contacts I'd like to order boxes of (this after they've billed my insurance for the visit and charged me for a contact fitting) until I pay the past due balance for my son's visit last year I shouldn't be responsible for in the first place. Horrible business practice, I'm fairly confident it's not legal to hold my prescription hostage, either. I'll be paying the ridiculous past due eye exam balance that is a result of their mistake in submitting a claim and taking my business elsewhere.
Best eye doctor ever! Ameseia has the best customer service I have ever received! She always goes above and beyond to make sure the customer is happy!
Hugo Optical went above and beyond to help me with my needs. Ameseia was extremely nice and made sure I was taken care of. I highly recommend this place!!
Incredible and amazing . My son broke my glasses and they where able to get me new frames in 24 hrs I would recommend to anyone .
